Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is offered on orders shipped within the United States, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Shipping and/or handling charges may apply to orders shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, and locations outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, as well as in connection with certain promotional offers. All applicable charges will be calculated and presented at checkout prior to payment authorization.

Eligibility for free shipping is determined at checkout. Customers may review shipping costs and eligibility by adding items to their cart prior to completing a purchase.

Free shipping applies exclusively to orders placed and completed online through the Company’s website. Orders placed through customer service channels, including but not limited to telephone orders, are not eligible for free shipping and will incur applicable shipping charges without exception.

Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the Company’s control. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or recognized holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates provided at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or delivery caused by the carrier or events beyond its reasonable control.

Carrier Liability and Claims

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company shall not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, reshipments, or returned packages.

If a package is returned to the Company due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees and any additional handling charges.

International and Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipments

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States may be subject to additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for such orders may vary and are not guaranteed.
